Ralph H. Burger Sr., 66, of Decatur passed away Friday October 21, 2011 at his residence.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial gathering and benefit to help with expenses for Ralph will be held at Pop's Place 4335 West Main in Decatur on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. His many friends and family are invited. Arrangements are being handled by Dawson & Wikoff North Funeral Home in Decatur.
Ralph was born in Decatur on June 1, 1945 the son of Ralph Edward Burger and Marie McDougal McKee. He loved fishing and camping. Ralph worked at Pop's Place in Decatur.
Ralph is survived by his daughter Rachel Brimberry of Decatur and his son Ralph H. Burger Jr. of Bradenton, FL.; one brother Dick Burger of Bloomington, IL; three grandchildren: Kailah Goble, Noah Newcomb and Angelina Brimberry and several nieces and nephews.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents.
